Please submit your sick note via Turvaposti
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we are able to issue a credit note for any driving lessons that have not been used or that were cancelled too late. Please submit your sick leave certificate via the Turvaposti service within 14 days. For data security reasons, we do not accept certificates via email. Please note that the certificate must be submitted via the Turvaposti link provided within 14 days.

Where do I start if I want to get a driving licence?
Start by choosing your nearest branch and a suitable course package. Once youâve registered, youâll receive your login details for the learning environment and can start your theory lessons.
What on earth is a driving licence application?
A driving licence application is Traficomâs electronic application, which is required before the theory test and driving lessons. You can find more information and instructions on the application here.
How can I enrol on a course?
You can enrol directly on our website by selecting your nearest branch and a suitable course package. When you purchase the course, you will create your own login details for the Streamways learning app. After enrolment, you will receive comprehensive instructions on how to complete the course.
When can I start driving school?
You can start driving lessons at the age of 16 if you are applying for a car driving licence (B). For other driving licence categories, you can start 6 months before the required age.
With a special permit, you can obtain a driving licence at the age of 17 if specific conditions are met. The course entitlement is valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment.Â
Can I upgrade my course package after enrolment?
All course packages can be freely customised with additional services.
Do you need more driving lessons or want to brush up on your theory knowledge? You can add the following to your package at any time:
Additional driving lessons (individually or as a package)
Additional theory lessons led by an instructor (live / virtual)
A practice driving test to test your skills before the actual test

What is the difference between online and virtual theory lessons
Online theory lessons are taken at your own pace under the remote supervision of a driving instructor during the control roomâs opening hours. Virtual lessons are held in a Teams classroom under the guidance of an instructor.
Can I cancel the course?
You can cancel your course registration free of charge within 14 days of signing up, provided you have not started using the learning environment.

How long is the registration valid for?

đ Driving lessons, branches and tests
How do I book a driving lesson?
Driving lessons are booked directly via the Streamways app.
You can book simulator lessons directly in the calendar; bookings for lessons in a real car are sent via the app to the instructor as a proposal, which they will either accept or, if necessary, suggest an alternative time.
Where can I find my driving instructorâs details?
Log in to the Streamways app with your credentials and youâll find your instructorâs details in your profile. Canât see your instructorâs details? If your instructorâs details arenât visible in your learning environment, our customer service team can help â please get in touch.
How do I book a theory test?
The theory test is booked via Ajovarma. When you register, you will receive detailed instructions on when to book the test. Please remember that your driving licence application must be submitted and approved before the theory test. If you do not have a driving licence, you can apply for one here: https://traficom.fi/fi/autoilijat/ajokortit/ajokorttilupa .
Where can I find my EAS certificate?
The certificate confirming completion of the EAS training can be downloaded from your learning app đ
What should I do if I fall ill on the day of my driving lesson?
If it is a driving lesson with an instructor, please inform your instructor directly. If it is a simulator lesson, please notify our simulator control room on 0105245480 or our customer service team.
Please submit a sick note via the Turvaposti service within 14 days. You can find instructions on how to submit the certificate on the customer service page.
What if I fail the theory test or the practical test?
You can book a new date for the theory test. You can retake the theory test as many times as necessary. A passed theory test is valid for one year.
If you fail the practical test, discuss the next steps with your driving instructor (possible additional driving lessons / retake).
What is the driving test like?
The driving test (B) is held at an Ajovarma test centre and lasts approximately 60 minutes. The test assesses your driving skills in traffic, as well as possibly a parking and vehicle inspection task.
Can I change instructors?
Yes, you can. Please contact our customer service team and we will arrange the change. â€ïž
Can I change centres partway through the course?
Yes, you can continue the course at a different location if a similar course is available there.
If the course fee at the new location is higher than at the original location, we will charge the difference when you change locations. Weâre happy to help with the arrangements â please donât hesitate to get in touch!
I didnât manage to complete the course within the set time limit â can I get a refund?
We understand that life circumstances can change. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for unused parts of the course, as the right to use the service is valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
If you havenât finished your course, we recommend contacting our customer service team so we can work out together how we can help you continue with the course. â€ïž
đLogin and systems
I've forgotten my password â how do I get a new one?
You can change your password on the homepage here: https://app.streamways.com/. Select âForgotten your password?â and set a new password. You can then log in as normal using your new password.
If you use Webauto, please contact our customer service team and we will change your password for you.

How do I pay for the course?
You can choose your preferred payment method when you register for the course. Find out more about our various payment methods here.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes â with Klarnaâs payment options, you can split the course fee into monthly instalments of your choice, or you can opt for an Epic invoice in several instalments.

Can I visit the office without an appointment?
Visits to our offices are by appointment only (with the exception of Hansa Shopping Centre and Tripla); please contact our customer service team to book an appointment.
