Theory modules (online classes)

We use the Teams remote learning app for virtual teaching. Teams can be downloaded onto computers, tablets and mobile phones. Teams also works in the Chrome browser without needing to download the app; you can access it directly via the browser.

To take part in virtual classes, you will need to use a camera and a microphone. We recommend using headphones.

Please remember to connect your camera and microphone to your computer before joining the class. Please also ensure that the volume on your speakers or headphones is turned up sufficiently.

Instructions for joining a virtual class

Please join the virtual classroom at least 5 minutes before the lesson starts.

Join the class via the link sent to your email. Once you have opened the link, enter your name in the field (Note: First name and surname; logging in with a nickname is not permitted, and in such cases the classes you attend will not be recorded in the student system).

Allow Teams to use your microphone and camera. When you join the meeting, please make sure your microphone is muted beforehand.

In virtual lessons, you’ll have a video and audio connection with the teacher. You can also communicate via chat. During the lesson, you can use the chat function and communicate with the teacher and other participants via microphone.
