Payment methods and terms and conditions
Buying our courses online is easy, quick and secure. We offer a range of payment options. These payment options have been implemented in partnership with Klarna. In addition to Klarna’s range of payment options, we also offer Epic invoicing.
Payment options
You can select your preferred payment option on the registration form when you register.
Klarna
If you choose Klarna as your payment method, you can make rapid progress with your studies. The money you pay is available immediately, and your study path remains open right through to the end.
An epic bill
You can also pay for your chosen course by invoice. In this case, the total cost of the course will be divided into the monthly instalments you have selected, and your progress through the course will follow the payment schedule.
When paying by invoice, please note that your progress through the course is determined by the payments you have made. When you pay an invoice, the corresponding amount is transferred to your study app account and is therefore available for use on the services. You can find invoices and their payment details in the Streamways app.
You can choose to pay your Epic invoice in interest-free monthly instalments based on the course price as follows:
1 instalment (course price under €200)
2 instalments (course price €200–€500)
4 instalments (course price over €500)
If you would like to receive a paper copy of your course invoice by post, please indicate this separately in the additional information field when registering. Please note that in this case, a €5 billing surcharge will be added to the invoice.

Payment and Cancellation Terms
In accordance with the terms and conditions, you have the right to cancel your course enrolment without giving a reason and at no cost within fourteen (14) days of the booking confirmation.
Please contact our billing department by email at laskutus@epicautokoulu.fi to cancel the course.
Please note that if, for example, you move to another town, you can change the course location and continue the course at one of our other centres. In this case, there is no need to suspend the course. Please contact our customer service by phone, email, or in person at the office. Please note that when changing locations, the price of the service order will be adjusted to match the price list of the branch where the training programme will be completed.
The 14-day right to cancel free of charge ends earlier if the student starts the course by logging into the learning environment or booking theory or driving lessons
Frequently asked questions about invoicing
Do I need to have a good credit history if I want to pay the course fee in instalments?
You can split the payment into monthly instalments using an Epic invoice. No interest is charged for splitting the course fee with an Epic invoice, but a €5 invoicing fee will be added to each instalment.
You can choose to pay via Epic Invoice in interest-free monthly instalments based on the course price as follows:
1 instalment (course price under €200)
2 instalments (course price €200–€500)
4 instalments (course price over €500)
When paying by invoice, please note that 50% of the course fee must be paid before the first driving lesson (including simulator lessons) and that all instalments must be paid before taking the driving test.
Cancelling a driving lesson
Cancellations must be made to your instructor or the simulator control room at least 24 hours before the start of the driving lesson.
For driving lessons that are not cancelled, or are cancelled too late, we will be obliged to charge €47.50 in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Please note that the cancellation policy applies to all lessons, including simulator driving lessons.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we can issue a credit note for an unused driving lesson or one cancelled too late. Please submit a sick note via the Turvaposti service within 14 days.
