1. Organiser

The prize draw is organised by Epic Driving School (Satamakatu 22, 20100 Turku). Neither this prize draw nor any part of it is organised, sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram. In addition to the rules of the prize draw, participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions of use and rules of Facebook and Instagram.

2. Taking part in the competition

The closing date for the prize draw will be stated in the post relating to that particular draw. Several prize draws may be running at the same time, each with different terms and conditions (e.g. a draw at a specific time or a draw once a certain number of likes has been reached). The prize draw is open to all residents of Finland. You may only enter the prize draw once per post. The organiser is not liable for any inability to enter or errors in entry resulting from IT or other similar issues.

3. Prizes and notification thereof

The prize for the prize draw will be announced in the post announcing the draw. There may be several prize draws running at the same time, each with different prizes. Winners will be notified personally via a private message after the draw. In addition, the winner’s name will be published on the organiser’s Facebook and/or Instagram pages. The organiser reserves the right to publish material relating to the presentation of the prize and contact with the winner.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited and the organiser reserves the right to draw or select a new winner. Where possible, the prize will be collected from the Epic Driving School branch in Turku; otherwise, arrangements for delivery will be made separately with the winner. The organiser of the prize draw will send instructions on how to claim the prize directly to the winner. If the prize notification or the prize cannot be delivered to the winner for reasons other than those attributable to the organiser, the organiser shall not be obliged to deliver the prize.

The organiser reserves the right to publish the winners’ names on its own channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the epicautokoulu.fi website).

4. Rights

The rights to the material relating to the prize draw and the associated intellectual property rights are owned by the competition organiser.

5. The organiser’s liability

Epic Driving School is responsible for any lottery tax relating to the campaign.

Epic Driving School accepts no liability for any damage resulting from participation in the prize draw, the collection of the prize or the use of the prize.

Epic Driving School accepts no responsibility for any problems or obstacles preventing entry into the prize draw or the collection of a prize that arise due to technical issues.

6. Processing of personal data and right to publish

Epic Driving School processes participants’ personal data for the purposes of running the campaign and awarding the prize. By entering the prize draw, participants grant the organiser the right to use the names of the prize winners in communications relating to the competition on the organiser’s own channels without separate consent or compensation.

7. Amendments to the Rules

The organiser reserves the right to amend these rules.

8. Other terms and conditions

If there is reason to suspect that a participant in the prize draw has acted fraudulently or has entered in a manner other than that specified in the rules, the organiser reserves the right to disqualify that participant.

Epic Driving School will announce any changes to the prize draw, its prizes, timing, availability or other matters affecting the conduct of the prize draw via its marketing channels. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the prize draw and the rules that do not materially affect participants.
