Ylä-Kainuun Autokoulu Ky and Epic Autokoulu Oy have today 9.8.2021 completed a business transaction, whereby the driver training business of Ylä-Kainuun Autokoulu Ky in Suomussalmi and Puolanga will be transferred to the company.
The company offers training in light licence categories and in the future also in heavy vehicle categories. The transaction will have a positive impact of around 0.6% on the group's turnover.
