Finnish Driving capability assessments business transferred to Liikenneterveys Oy

On 31 August 2020, Liikenneterveys Oy and Contraf Oy have completed the transaction, through which the Finnish Driving Ability Assessments business will be transferred to Liikenneterveys Oy. With the transaction, Suomen Ajokykyarvioinnit will strengthen its expertise and resources for the successful implementation of future growth plans. The company will continue even more strongly on the path it has already chosen in the past, where the company will be a strong expert in the provision of health-based driving ability assessments.

The current arrangement will enable the company to continue to grow even stronger, offering services in a wider geographical area and developing its operations with quality and a positive customer experience as the cornerstones of service. The reorganisation will not affect any cooperation or service agreements previously concluded and the former contract partners will be able to benefit from the increased resources that the new owner is prepared to invest in the company. Pekka Ilmoniemi will continue to advise Liikenneterveys Oy on health-based driving assessments.
