On 20 April 2021, Porin Ajo-Expert Oy and Epic Autokoulu Oy have completed a business transaction, through which the driver training business of Porin Ajo-Expert Oy in Pori will become part of the Group.
The transaction will have a negative impact of approximately 0.7% on the Group's net sales.
