Pohjolan Liikennekoulu Oy and Epic Autokoulu Oy have completed a business transaction on 7 April 2021, through which Pohjolan Liikennekoulu Oy's driver training businesses in Rovaniemi, Pello, Kolari, Sodankylä, Tornio and Ylitornio will become part of the Group.
Pohjolan Liikennekoulu offers teaching in all driving licence categories as well as vocational qualification training. The transaction will have a negative impact of approximately 5.2% on the Group's net sales and the company will become the market leader in the region of Lapland.
