Payment options
You can choose the payment option you want to use by filling in the registration form.
Klarna
If you choose Klarna as your payment method, you will receive an SMS with a link to the payment page. Please note that the link is valid for 24 hours from the date of receipt of the message.
Please note that if a Klarna link is cancelled, this does not mean that the service purchase is automatically cancelled, but cancellations must be reported within 14 days to laskutus@epicautokoulu.fi in accordance with the terms and conditions.
From the link below you can fill in your payment details and choose whether you want to pay the course fee by invoice, online bank, debit card, or split the payment into smaller monthly instalments. Click on the logo to read more about Klarna as a payment method.
If you split the course fee into smaller instalments using Klarna, you can complete the course quickly, even if there are still instalments to pay.
Epic invoice
You can also pay for the course you choose by invoice. In this case, the total price of the course will be applied to the monthly instalments of your choice and the course will progress according to the payment schedule.
When paying by invoice, please note that 50% of the course fee must be paid before the first driving lesson (including simulator lessons) and that all instalments must be paid before the driving test.
Invoices for the course will be sent to the email address you provide once your registration has been confirmed. You can also find your invoice in your own student system.
You can choose to pay your Epic bill in interest-free monthly instalments according to the exchange rate as follows:
- 1 instalment (course price less than 200€)
- in 2 instalments (course price 200€-500€)
- in 4 instalments (price over €500)
Please note that if you choose to pay for your course in 2 or 4 monthly instalments, a 5€ surcharge will be added to each instalment.
If you wish to receive a paper invoice by post, please indicate this separately in the additional information field when registering. Please note that in this case a surcharge of 5€ will be added to the invoice.

Payment and cancellation conditions
The customer has the right to cancel the course without giving any reason without any cost within fourteen (14) days of the confirmation of the order.
You can contact our invoice support by email laskutus@epicautokoulu.fi to cancel your course.
Please note that if you move to another location, for example, you can change your course location and continue to complete the course at another of our locations. In this case, there is no need to interrupt the course. In this case, please contact our customer service by phone, email or on-site at our office. Please note that if you change location, the price of the service order will be checked against the price list of the location where the training will be completed.
The 14-day free cancellation period ends earlier if the student starts the course by logging in to the learning environment or by booking theory or driving lessons.
Frequently asked questions about invoicing
You can split the payment by Epic invoice into monthly instalments. There is no interest for splitting the course fee by Epic invoice, but there is a 5€ surcharge for invoice instalments.

Cancellation of a driving lesson must be made to your instructor / simulator supervisor by 12:00 on the working day before the driving lesson at the latest.
If a lesson is cancelled or cancelled too late, we will charge 50% of the lesson price according to the terms of the contract.
Please note that the cancellation condition applies to all lessons, including simulator lessons.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, we are able to refund the invoice for unused or late cancelled lessons. Please submit your sick leave certificate via the Security Mail service within 14 days.
