Epic Autokoulu Oy has acquired the business of Suomen Kelpo Kuski Oy

Epic Autokoulu Oy and Suomen Kelpo Kuski Oy have entered into a business transaction on 31.12.2019, through which the production of learning materials of Suomen Kelpo Kuski Oy will be transferred to Epic Autokoulu Oy. The transaction will strengthen Epic Autokoulu Oy's expertise in the production of driver training teaching materials and the publication and distribution of digital teaching materials. 

The transaction will have a positive impact of approximately 2.5% on Epic Autokoulu Oy's turnover and will see three of the company's top professionals join the company to continue to provide high quality learning materials to the entire driver training industry. The transaction will have no impact on the distribution or pricing of products for existing material customers of Suomen Kelpo Kuskin.
