Submission of sick leave certificate

If you are prevented from attending a driving lesson due to illness, you can claim a refund for an unused or late cancelled driving lesson in accordance with our terms and conditions.

To get a refund, submit a sickness certificate from your doctor or nurse via the Security Mail service:

For security reasons, we do not accept certificates by email. The certificate must be submitted within 14 days of the absence. Late certificates cannot be taken into account.
